From the Webmaster: I personally use this software on my own PCs - Registry error happen for a variety of reasons, but no matter what the cause, Windows does not recover very well from a registry full of junk. The utilities provided by Microsoft are wholly inadequate for the task, and unfortunately we are stuck in a conundrum of living with the problem (which gets worse over time) or doing something about it. Short of selling your PC and buying a Mac (which has its own unique problems - despite the optimistic ads), third-party tools such as registry cleaners are a MUST if you don't want your PC to eventually develop the electronic equivalent of Altzheimer's Disease.
