POLICY ON PURCHASES

TelsonUSA is dedicated to providing our customers and readers with excellent quality products at a fair price. All of our products at this time are information, and electronic book products which are sent by E-mail.

Purchases made through our affiliated companies: Amazon, Ebay, or Internet Casino, etc. are covered separately by their purchase / return policy. As affiliates, we merely present the products for sale - at Telson, we handle no inventory, and do no shipping from these offices except for autographed copies of some of our books. Purchases made from these companies should be referred to the customer service desk for the selling entity. We are sorry for any confusion, but this is the most expedient means of handling product returns. PLEASE DO NOT return any merchandise or books to TelsonUSA or Net4TruthUSA.

Our E-books are compatible with all Windows versions running on IBM or IBM-compatible personal computers. These E-books which are sold via our distributor at LuLu.com, have been thoroughly tested before being uploaded. If you encounter a compatibility problem, please e-mail us.

All E-book products sold via this web site are guaranteed to run on any reasonably current PC. Since E-books are not physical "books", it is impossible to return them. Personally autographed books are also not returnable unless they are physically defective. In keeping with our policy of "no cookies", and "no spyware", we do not lock the function of any E-books you purchase to the presence of a "cookie" or other code on your PC. You may read the E-books on any machine you own. We will refund your purchase price for any product which fails to load, execute, or install.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the products, please E-mail us with the reason, so that we may rectify any problems. Refunds for electronic books will be applied to products that are defective, and must be done through the distributor. Exchanges for defective product (depending on the problem) will be made at the distributor's discretion. TelsonUSA is associated with www.net4truthusa.com - a Christian Ministry, and so we want to develop an atmosphere of mutual trust with our readers and supporters (customers). We are not "in business" to scam anyone; we are in the business of telling the TRUTH, and diverting people's attention away from the mainstream media.
